In comparison with conventional methods, portable thermal fogging machine achieves approx 90% labour saving when treating open spaces and larger areas. Working Principles
'BLACK STONE' Fog generators are petrol driven and work on a Pulse-Jet Principle. A Fuel-Air Mixture is ignited in the combustion chamber and the deflagration oscillates a column of gas in the resonator pipe @90 times per second. At the end of the resonator pipe, Fogging Solution is injected in the air stream, emerging at high velocity and is dispersed into microfine aerosol droplets which form into lightly suspending chemically charged FOG on contact with the outside air. This Chemically charges Fog is able to penetrate the entire habitat of the Mosquitoes and other Pests, thus blocking all escape routes and the encircled Mosquitoes/Pests is knocked down instantly. The entire thermal fogging machine has no moving parts during operations; hence there is no wear and tear. Electrical energy is merely consumed at the start initial ingnition.

The BLACK STONE are our light portable thermal fogging machine. There are three types of machines having solution tanks of different sizes and material. Every machine is supplied with comprehensive standard accessories, and there is a variety of optional accessories available. The power of the combustion chamber of more than 25 HP makes it possible to apply oil based as well as water based chemicals in an equivalent droplet spectrum. The Total FOG Output is More than 4200 CFM (Approx)
